Ginger soda

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 teaspoon honey or honey (adjust to taste)
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups water (for syrup)
Chilled soda water (to top up)
Ice and mint (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Make the Ginger Syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine ginger, sugar, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes. Let it cool and strain.Mix Your Soda:
In a glass, add 2–4 tablespoons of ginger syrup (to taste), a squeeze of lemon, and top with cold soda water. Stir gently.Serve:
Add ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves. Enjoy immediately!
