Digestive herbal blend

 

Use: Bloating, gas, slow digestion


Ingredients

  • 1 part peppermint

  • 1 part chamomile

  • ½ part fennel seeds

  • ½ part ginger root

Instructions:

  1. Mix and store in a jar.

  2. Use 1 tsp per cup of boiling water.

  3. Steep for 10 minutes, strain, and enjoy after meals.
